Internship
The long-term (42 working days) compulsory internship practice within the scope of the COMM 300 Internship course in the fifth semester enables students to carry out the knowledge and skills they have acquired for about four months with the representatives of the sector, thus experiencing the working life before graduation and being included in a strong communication network.
In the fifth semester, the curriculum of the students is organized in such a way that they can work three days a week (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday) in the institutions where they do their internship, and attend classes on campus two days a week (Thursday-Friday). While our students can do their compulsory internship in a company they find themselves, they can also get help from our department and the University Career Office in finding the company that is suitable for a field they want to focus on.
