Vision, Mission and Values

Vision

  • Planning, implementing, controlling and taking measures by the academic and administrative staff of the Faculty of Communication in order to achieve quality in communication science and education and to continuously improve this quality,
  • Gaining scientific studies in the field of communication,
  • Achieving and developing global standards in communication education and raising entrepreneurial students who think and act in a global framework, research, are open to teamwork, are creative, original, self-confident, have a sense of social responsibility and ethics, and
  • It includes the principles of integrating theory and practice in communication education and building a creative, innovative and sustainable structure for all stakeholders.

Mission

Our mission is to be a faculty that captures and follows the needs and expectations of the ever-changing communication world within the framework of contemporary science and education understanding, that puts the ownership of ideas and conscience as much as professional and academic elements in the development of student talents, and that is compatible with national and international quality systems with its program structure and academic staff.

Core Values

Our core value is to maintain our understanding of contemporary science and education without compromising the principles of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and the Republican Renaissance within the framework of Yeditepe University's principle of "the university that continues the Atatürk Renaissance".
