Course Objectives:
The aim of the course is to provide students to recognize and discuss different cultural structures and identities in society.
Course Content:
The notions of cultural identity will be theoretically in relation to specific frameworks such as national identity, identity and difference, globalization and orientalism. And also, recent discussions on identity in the world, Europe and Turkey will be covered.
